50 Years of BLV
In 2025, Studio BLV – Belvedere & Partners celebrates its fiftieth anniversary.
This is a significant milestone, not only for the firm’s history but also for the bond it has forged with the city of Milan over the years.
To pay tribute to the city that has accompanied its professional journey, the firm has chosen to leave a tangible mark of its deep roots in the local community.
The 50th-anniversary celebrations began with a project to enhance Piazza Eleonora Duse, the symbolic location where the firm has been headquartered since its founding, by planting a ten-metre Ginkgo Biloba tree.
Adding to the project’s evocative quality is the inclusion, in the plaza’s paving, of a spiral representing the various geological eras: a path that invites reflection on the relationship between past and future.
The 50th-anniversary celebrations do not end here.
The firm will also host an exhibition in November, where a book will be presented that traces the history of Milan and the city’s most significant urban renewal projects over the past fifty years, highlighting the contribution the firm has made to this journey through its guiding principles.

Antonio Belvedere
Our profession is not just about providing legal advice, but also about being mindful of the context in which we operate.
This project is our way of contributing to the betterment of the city, giving something back to a place that has always held special meaning for us.
Life moves forward, but it can only be understood by looking back. We wanted to translate this awareness into a work that tells the story of the Earth—a symbolic journey between memory and new perspectives, the improvement of the city—giving something back to a place that has always held special meaning for us.
THE Ginkgo Biloba
The Ginkgo, one of the oldest species on the planet, having first appeared some 350 million years ago and still thriving today, is a tree rich in symbolism: resilience, adaptability, longevity, and optimism.
A symbol that reflects the ability to traverse eras and transformations, just like the real estate sector in which the firm has been operating successfully for half a century.
The magnificent Ginkgo tree that already stands tall in Piazza Eleonora Duse will be inaugurated on May 9 with an official ceremony.
The Spiral of Time
A striking visual symbol adorns the pavement around the central tree. A spiral representing the passage of time, beginning with the earliest geological era, when the ginkgo tree was already present on our planet.
