PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

We assist public entities and private operators involved in various capacities in procurement procedures for the award of construction contracts, services, and supplies. The services we offer to public and private contracting authorities (including in the management of offset urbanization works) range from assistance during the contractor selection phase through contract execution to final acceptance.

PRIVATE CONTRACTS

In the private sector, we also assist our Clients in private beauty contests for contractor selection, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts. Our contract templates – available in Italian and English- cover the most advanced contractual models, including open-book, cost-plus-fee, and project partnering.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND CIVIL LITIGATION

Should any dispute arise, we guarantee qualified assistance in legal disputes before all administrative courts (the Council of State and Regional Administrative Courts), in arbitration proceedings, as well as before the Constitutional Court, the Court of Cassation, the courts of the European Union, and the European Court of Human Rights.
