ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSALS

We represent buyers and sellers in complex transactions involving the sale and purchase of real estate portfolios or individual properties intended for a wide variety of uses: office, retail, industrial, logistics, residential, leisure, and hospitality. We assist our Clients in transactions involving asset deals, share deals, or real estate investment funds and other UCITS, assessing the benefits and risks, including tax implications, while also leveraging our established external partnerships.

LEASES

We draft and negotiate lease agreements and business lease agreements on behalf of landlords or tenants.
