COMUNE DI MILANO: AL VIA I BANDI PER GLI IMMOBILI IN DISUSO
Con Determinazione dirigenziale n. 3815 del 12 maggio 2026 , pubblicata all’Albo pretorio comunale il successivo 13 maggio, l’Area valorizzazione e sviluppo immobiliare del Comune di Milano ha formalmente dato avvio alle procedure per la valorizzazione di un portafoglio di immobili comunali, attualmente in disuso, individuati dalle deliberazioni di Giunta comunale nn. 487, 488 e 489 del 22 aprile 2026 (segnalate in precedenza ).
La determinazione dirigenziale n. 3815, in particolare:
ha approvato gli schemi di avviso pubblico dell’indagine esplorativa, una per ciascun blocco di immobili (immobili identitari, immobili capillari, immobili situati in Comuni a vocazione turistica);
sono state indette le tre indagini esplorative ed è stata fissata la scadenza , per tutte e tre le procedure , alle ore 12 del 15 luglio 2026 per la presentazione delle proposte , che dovrà avvenire mediante consegna a mani del protocollo oppure mediante raccomandata a/r.
Tra gli allegati della determinazione vi sono le schede tecniche e le planimetrie di tutti gli immobili interessati dalle procedure. Le proposte di valorizzazione dovranno comprendere:
una componente progettuale , vale a dire l’illustrazione tecnica dell’intervento edilizio per il recupero dell’immobile;
una componente funzionale , che indichi le funzioni che si intendono insediare e i target di riferimento;
una componente gestionale , ossia le modalità organizzative per la gestione delle funzioni insediate.
Nel solo caso di proposte di acquisizione in piena proprietà (possibile solo per gli immobili situati in Comuni a vocazione turistica, di cui alla Delibera n. 489), dovrà essere indicato un valore di offerta.
